· Each change should have its Board resolution. In the changes of memorandum and articles of association it should state if you change or make additional and state which articles you make change as it appears in the system and memorandum.

· Remove memorandum and write AMENDED MEMORANDUM OF  (COMPANY NAME) AS PER RESOLUTION PASSED ON (DATE OF RESOLUTION) on front page of your memorandum and articles of association and remove articles of association if you’re not changing or add anything in articles of association and vice versa.

· Remove shareholders signature in the shareholders box and write SIGNED

· Remove advocate signature and stamp then in the signature Write SIGNED

. The resolution of amended memorandum or articles of Association should start with MEMBERS SPECIAL RESOLUTION.
